Marizza Delgado

Marizza Delgado is a multifaceted Filipina American — an engineer, fashion model, and advocate for women in STEM. She earned her degree in Information Technology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Analytics with a focus on Computational Data at Georgia Tech. For nearly a decade, Marizza has modeled internationally for brands including H&M, L'Oréal, American Eagle, and Lululemon. She has walked in New York Fashion Week and appeared in Vogue Philippines. On June 30, 2024, she became the first Filipina to win Miss New York USA, later placing in the Top 20 at Miss USA. Her trailblazing work earned her recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2025 in Arts & Style. Beyond the runway, Marizza is a data scientist with experience at Etsy and Rent the Runway, where she applied data to shape sustainable, customer-focused experiences. She also serves as a Council Leader on the Girls Who Code Advisory Council, helping empower the next generation of women in technology.

As Miss New York USA 2024, Marizza Delgado has used her platform to inspire, advocate, and create meaningful change:
